MDP Chair Mark Brewer Statement on the Passing of Ruth Hallman

LANSING- Today Michigan Democratic Party Chair Mark Brewer issued the following statement on the passing of Lansing community activist Ruth Hallman:

"As a resident of Lansing’s Genesee neighborhood, where Ruth Hallman served as neighborhood association president, I personally benefited from her tireless efforts to clean up the community. Ruth Hallman was a courageous activist for the people of Lansing and her tragic loss will be felt throughout the city."
