Brewer Testifies Before Detroit City Council on MDP Caucus

DETROIT - Today Michigan Democratic Party (MDP) Chair Mark Brewer testified before the Detroit City Council on the MDP’s 2008 Presidential Caucus and its Delegate Selection Plan.

“My testimony to the Detroit City Council is another way to educate the public about the 2008 Democratic Presidential Caucus and how voters can participate in the most accessible election in Michigan history,” Brewer said. “Michigan Democrats have always worked hard to make sure that as many people as possible participate in the election process and they have made it easier vote in their Caucus with provisions like Internet Voting, the ability to vote at any voting center in the county where a voter lives,  no reason absentee voting and Election Day voter registration.”
